The throttle body controls airflow current into the motor in a fuel injection system. It is mounted between the air cleaner and the admission complex, and contains a butterfly valve, or plate, that works as indicated by quickening agent pedal position. At the point when the pedal is discouraged, the valve opens permitting more air into the motor. In the meantime different sensors flag the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) to correspondingly build injector beat width to help fuel flow.
